Some features of the QR Code platform require an account. To keep things simple we just need an e-mail address and password.

However, the following can always be done without creating an account:

• Activate a consumable
• View status and set a maintenance reminder
• Use the Virtual Assistant
• View providers

A basic account enables you to:

• Manage consumables in a dashboard
• Manage equipment in a dashboard

A company account allows you to:

• Create support tickets
• Request a quotation from providers
• Extend warranty
• Register equipment
